A systematic research was conducted in the area of"durability assessment and concidence check of typical aircraft structures"in this thesis;taking a X-plane aerofoil girder as an example;which included several taches of durability concidence check; durability analysis and test;correlative procedures.In durability analysis,it need to deal with huge data repeatedly. IFQ evaluation procedure, damage degree evaluation and economical life prediction procedure were exploited for veracity of durability assessment. Aiming at the case that satisfactory quality of products designed by civil certain Aircraft Design Research Institute, could not be gotten in the manufacture progress and IFQ of products was not under control, durability compliance test system was exploited for controlling and improving IFQ of products.PFMA was chosen to be used for durability assessment. A new F inite Element Analysis (FEA) method was presented for structure connection analysis in this thesis. Skin was simulated by shell elements; fasteners were simulated by beam elements; joints with big thickness were simulated by tetrahedron units. In this way, not only structure thickness and fastener bending could be considered and the force states of structure could be simulated better; but also fastener stiffness was no need to calculate. As a result; less time would be cost and better reliability would be gotten. Besides, durability experiment of X-plane aerofoil girder was dissertated in detail. By comparing with durability experiment, validity of FEM and durability assessment conclusion was validated.
