Dialogue With The Nature

With the rapid development of urbanization and the expansion of global economy, the massive urban agglomerations built by mankind are taking up more and more space on the surface of the Earth, which poses severe challenges to the urban environment. Landscape is a major form of urban ecological aesthetics. Paying close attention to the construction of the natural and cultural landscape in cities will be conducive to the future development of cities.Cultural Ecological Landscape Design will get more and more attention in the epoch of social civilization. This thesis mainly focuses on analyzing the current situation of cities and describing the significance and meaning of the application of Cultural Ecological Landscape Design in urban areas. The author also puts forth her own views on it. In order to analyze the material selection, art forms, facility features and the application of new science and technology of those designs in particular space, case studies of the collection of excellent works of Sydney Olympic Park are used here. The design principle of natural and cultural landscapes will also be discussed. Finally, the author analyzes the relationship among the feasibility and diversity of the ecological landscape design, the essence of ecological design and humanized design and the connection between culture and art.
