| The unballasted track of SuiYu railway line is the first unballasted track railway line in China. We obtained plenteous achievements and valuable experience by the railway line, which make layed for designing of unballasted track and reseaching of kit constructive equitpment in china. Railway department put computes into the industry affair management system from early 70s. On the basic of present industry affair management systems, the article researchs and develops information management system about unballasted track of SuiYu railway. The following is the main contents:Through generaling the situation of development about industrial affair management system at home and abroad, the article puts forword the problems of industrial affair management system in China.The article introducts the summary about test section of SuiYu railway line's unballasted track and designs the constrct of unballasted track. Function module about information management system of unballasted track is analyzed. Implement way of System's function is genelized. The type of data about system is determined. The construct of data about system is designed.The article selects Arcgis server for developing platform and takes developed technology of web applications(such as ASP.NET,JavaScript and ADO.NET) for development tools to constitute information management system of unballasted track.The paper puts forwards architecture about system's codes. The function, such as zoom in, zoom out, roaming, eagle eyes, nabigation, which according to the map about SuiYu railway line by web browser is implemented. The functon of querying information about slab track, double slab track, long sleepers embedding track and transitional section is implemented. The functon of editing(adding, deleting and modifying) to the information about track of SuiYu railway line is realized. The function of uploading and displaying correlated pictures about track of SuiYu railway.
