| With the current CRTSⅡ plate ballastless track being gradually applicate in our country,some drawbacks and shortcomings of the track slab structure are gradually displayed in the construction and execution.According to the CRTSⅡ slab trackless slab track and the CA mortar supporting layer,the finite element model of the slab voids is established by ANSYS software in this paper,the main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the causes and characteristics of the disease of the flap board,and analyzes the main parameters in order to give the bottom of the track plate to empty the hollow position,the size of the main parameters It will be the main basis for numerical simulation;(2)The effect of the void position and the void size of the track plate on the mechanical properties of the track structure is studied from both static and dynamic aspects.Using finite element software ANSYS to establish Vehicle-Track-Subgrade Coupled dynamic model.The relationship between the flapping of the track plate and the mechanical behavior of the track plate is discussed,and the criterion of determining the degree of the flap of the track plate,which will provide the basis for the later maintenance of the track structure.The study on the mechanical behavior of ballastless track under the state of the track plate is carried out in this paper,which will provide the necessary theoretical reference and basis for the design and construction of ballastless track and its maintenance and repair.Finally,the following conclusions are obtained through analysis:(1)The void width above 2 m will have a significant effect on the vertical displacement of the track plate;A void of more than 0.6 mm may cause the track plate to crack;The void length mainly affects the transverse force of the track plate;Mortar will appear too large tensile stress when the board side of the board and 1/4 board.are empty at the same time.(2)The dynamic displacement of the track plate is significantly affected after the void height exceeds 2 mm;The stress on the track plate has a significant effect after the void width exceeds 1.5 m;The influence of the displacement of the track plate is great after the void length exceeds 1 m;The effect of the displacement of the track plate is greatest when the board edge and the plate end are empty;The vehicle speed has little effect on the vertical displacement of the track plate,but only affects the vertical vibration of the track plate under the action of different speed when the void volume remains constant. |
