Water is the most direct and closest element of the civil inhabit environment that relates to human being. With the development of society and economy, people pay more and more attention to their inhabit environment, as a result of this, waterscape design becomes one of the indispensable factors considered to construct better inhabit environment. Along with the deeper development of real estate, more and more waterscapes are involved in residential area designs. As the matter of fact, a good waterscape design can benefit people's inhabit environment greatly, but a bad one may waste much space and resource. There exist many problems in the waterscape design of today's urban residential area. Aiming at solving these problems, this dissertation made a deeper discussion of the waterscape design on the basis of collecting materials, statistical survey and field research.First of all, this dissertation reviewed the historical origin of residential waterscape design and analyzed the functions and effects of residential waterscape. Secondly, this dissertation analyzed the influences of natural and humanism factors that affect the waterscape design of urban residential area, which laid the groundwork of later research. Thirdly, combining the long-term waterscape's design and construction practice, it discussed the expressing types, composing factors, humanistic reassignment and management and maintenance of the waterscape of urban residential area, which laid the theory foundation for later research. Finally, hoping for making some suggestions to the better designment and convenience of the maintenance and management of the waterscapes of Chengdu in the later period, this dissertation took Chengdu as example, verified the feasibility of the research, and analyzed positive aspects such as digging regional culture, using the natural water systerm, and providing comfortable communication spaces, and summarized shortage of the waterscape designment in Chengdu, then advised some pertinence strategies, in order to realized the continual development on the waterscape in residential area. |
