Abstract/Summary:
ABSTRACT:At present, Speed-rasing and heavy load are two important development of China's railway freight,20,000-ton Heavy-duty Train had operated in the Datong-Qinhuangdao line. Bolster endured with a variety of vertical, horizontal and vertical alternating load, it is a kind of part which require high reliability on the bogie. Currently Bolster fatigue test is based on the TB1959 "Steel Bolster truck load test evaluation method", the standard is in accordance with the Association of American Railroads AAR standard-setting, while our situation is different with the United States in many ways therefore required to constructed load spectrum that fit our railway line by line test. In this paper, the Datong-Qinhuangdao line Bolster load was studied, manliy research content included::(1) Making Force sensors of center plate and side bearing, doing the load test of the Datong-Qinhuangdao line, and analysis the special condition of the load-time history.(2) Load spectrum of center plate and side rolling has been made according to dynamic stress date tested on the actual railway using rain-flow count.(3) Reference AAR maintenance, the S-N curve of B Steel Bolster has been fitting.(4) The finite element analysis of K6 Bogie Bolster was done and the fatigue weak positions of bolster have been identified.(5) The fatigue damage calculation of the bolster has been predicted respectively under load spectrum tested in actual railway, and based on the theory of median stochastic fatigue load spectrum, complicate a representative load spectrum of the center plate, side bearing and center plate spectrum.(6) Discussion fatigue of Bolster under different Reduce the coefficient of fatigue life.
