Research On Shipping Information Application Pattern For Inland River

In recent years, as infrastructure construction of the inland river shipping strengthened Ceaselessly, inland river shipping has experienced a rapid development, which plays a great role in promoting China's economic and social development. Along with social development and the deepening of reform, it's need to further release the potential of shipping. However, shipping related units are in "scattered isolation, intersected" condition; Shipping information resources'integration and coordinated services are in a low degree. This is difficult to adapt to the requirement of shipping informatization and has become the bottleneck in the development of inland river shipping.This paper studies the status of inland river shipping informatization and business data exchange requirements in the relevant department. Based on this, this paper propose inland river shipping integration application system, to promote the development of inland shipping informatization. This system will put the whole river shipping business into a integration platform, reducing problems caused by the following aspects, geographic span, unsmooth information, complex system and communications inconvenience between bank and ship etc; To drive the whole inland shipping into digital and networking construction, which can provide integrated services for the various applications of the whole inland shipping.This paper firstly analyzes the present situation of the development of inland river shipping, and proposes the research project and its significance. Then research the system structure, operation mode and related standards to be followed, and the relevant technologies to be resolved. The complete the function design of the inland river shipping integration application system including the function design of information service platform and application terminals. Finally achieve part function of inland river shipping integration application system,including digital port integration application and ship port integration application.The former consists of modelling of three-dimensional digital port, exploitation of visual platform. The latter consists of ship dynamic information monitoring around port, cargo information query,port information query and port entry and exit report. In addition, the paper completes the communication protocol design. The research has guiding significance to the construction of inland river shipping.
