| The great changes of human's consumpt conception and production patterns in the new era has brought new vitality to the Pulsating Flow Hydraulics (PFH) technology.This paper takes the"PFH bench's research and practice"for the research subject, elaborated the contents about physical structure design, the control structure design, the mathematical modeling, the system simulation and the building and experimental of the PFH bench etc.This paper maked a detailed description and analysis of the Pulsating Flow System (PFS)'s working principle, applications and the problems existing in the PFS now.And then take solves the problem as a starting point, through the simulation of the PFS in applications developed the physical structure of the PFH bench, and carried on a system elaboration to its working principle and function. Through a comparison of the variety of modeling methods, determined finally uses the transmission function method to carry on mathematics modelling for the single-phase PFS of the bench, uses the power bond graph method for three-phase PFS and infers the equation of state.Then, based on the mathematical model using MATLAB and AMESim respectively,maked the dynamic simulation for single-phase and three-phase PFS of the bench.Finally,built the PFS laboratory bench actually and carried on the scene experiment,obtained a group of empirical datum that has a great reference value.The PFH laboratory bench's model and the experiment are the topic research foundations. Through the system modeling process and the simulation and the experimental results analysis, maked part analysis and induction.on the parameter variation causing system performance change.Proposed multiphase PFS coupling condition, PFH transmission wave feature, pulse pump unilateral and bilateral control as well as return trip tension and P-F frequency and load match and so on new question and solution,and given constructive advises to the issues such as system improvement, pulse generator form selection and so on, laid the preliminary foundation for the further deep research on Pulsating Flow System。... |
