| Pulsating flow can enhance the disturbance between the fluid and the mixing,and wave wall tube is a kind of simple structure,can be independent,easy to produce flow separation,can resisit the advantages of the thermal stress damage to the wall of the periodic line,this study will be combination of pulsating flow and wave wall pipe,with pulsating flow field influence the wave wall tube fluid vortex cyclical growth falls off and ways to strengthen the wave wall tube fluid heat and mass transfer.Although the previous two-dimensional channel of pulsating flow field of a lot of research on thermal mass transfer characteristic is not systematic research,this article will use the custom program of numerical simulation and experiment and theoretical analysis of the way of combining key reveal pulsating flow field of the influence of the wave wall tube heat transfer and fluid resistance,for pulsating flow field and the wave wall tube in the heat exchanger can provide a valuable reference for the application.Firstly,a physical model is established to study the heat transfer and flow characteristics of the fluid in the wave-wall tube under the pulsating flow field.At the same time,a reasonable turbulence model and appropriate boundary conditions are adopted to prepare for the following numerical simulation.Secondly,the heat transfer and flow characteristics of the fluid in the wave-wall tube under the pulsating flow field are numerically simulated.The simulation results show that vibration fraction,St number and Reynolds number have important effects on Nu.Both the friction coefficient and Nu number are sinusoidal.The instantaneous friction coefficient and Nu number both reach the peak at 0.25 of a pulsating period,and the minimum at 0.75 of a pulsating period.Thirdly,the mass transfer and flow characteristics of fluid in wave-walled tube are studied experiment of synchronous flow field were carried out on the built mass transfer and flow characteristics experiment platform.The visualization results of synchronous flow field show that the geometric parameters of the wave-wall tube have great influence on the flow and mixing effect of the fluid in the wave-wall tube,which verifies the accuracy of the numerical simulation results.Finally,the application effect of pulsating flow field on heat exchanger is analyzed.It is found that the pulsating flow field enhances the heat transfer effect.In finned tube heat exchangers,which provides an important reference for the application of pulsating flow field in different types of heat exchangers. |
