| Scrubber-Sweeper is a machine mainly used to clean city road, with the function of walking, sweeping, washing, cleaning, dust absorption and water absorption, has a high degree of automation. Small and medium Scrubber-Sweepers are smaller and more efficient for the hydrostatic driving; they are expected to become the mainstream of market. Analysis and research on the hydraulic drive system for scrubber-sweeper are helpful to the design and application of Scrubber-Sweeper. This paper focused on running system, because the work quality was the most important property and the stability of work quality was affected by running system.Firstly, the function and classification of Scrubber-sweepers and the computer testing system and mechanical-hydraulic system was analyzed.Secondly, comparing with the engine control forms and hydrostatic drive way commonly used in construction vehicles, the method of engine constant speed controlling and constant variable pump-single quantitative motor controlling were determined. This conclusion was based on the working features while giving priority to working quality.Thirdly, marching parameters of running system were carried out based on kinematics, dynamics and traction characteristics. Engine, pump, motor and other components were selected and checked. The output speed and stability were affected by the volumetric, the on-load starting capability were affected by mechanical efficiency. Therefore, the volumetric and mechanical efficiency of hydraulic component was analyzed.At last, in order to study the response speed of running system, the law of intrinsic parameters affected response speed was analyzed after the mathematical model was established. The law was verified by simulation in AMESim. Meanwhile, the law of external parameters affected response speed was analyzed in AMESim. The method to improve the responding speed was proposed for practical application. |
