Research On The Rapid Economical Evaluation System Of Horizontal Directional Drilling Crossing Project

With the increasing demands of pipeline construction, horizontal directional drilling (HDD) crossing is widely promoted and applied. However HDD crossing project is a technology and capital-intensive project with complex technical, large investment and high risk. In order to reduce the economic risk of HDD crossing project, it is very necessary to make a economic evaluation of HDD crossing project. However, with economic development, how can we guarantee that the results of economic evaluation based on the Directional Drilling rapid economic evaluation of the project is also an urgent requirement in practice.This paper through the study of traditional theories of economic evaluation system, takes the process of economic evaluation as the main line, combined with the economic characteristics of HDD crossing project, system studied the process, content and the techniques of the process, content. Study the data which can get at the early of HDD crossing project, analysis, calculation and establish a rapid economic evaluation system of HDD crossing project, and get as follows cognition and result:1, Through the study of traditional economic evaluation system, clear the economic evaluation process of HDD crossing project, in general including financial evaluation, economic evaluation, uncertainty analysis, comprehensive analysis and make a conclusion Etc.2, Study the subject's requirements of ZhongShiYouGuanDaoJu ChuanYueGongSi, which subject is named"HDD crossing project risk quantitative evaluation", combine with the ZhongShiYouGuanDaoJu ChuanYueGongSi's data and requirement, research and established a"database of past projects".3, Study the data which can get at the early of HDD crossing project, analysis, calculation and establish a rapid economic evaluation system of HDD crossing project: First classified the HDD crossing project by type of geological, like Soil, sedimentary rocks, igneous rocks, metamorphic rocks. Calculated unit cost in these geological cases, and then we can get the project cost through the length of the project. Second we can calculate the range HangYeShouYiLv (average) from the"database of past projects", then we can calculate the range of project's total profits through the total investment of HDD crossing project. Final we can get the calculation of economic feasibility of HDD crossing project based on the above analysis.Finally make the MuoDaoMen HDD crossing project as a case to validate these methods, and comparing with the result of the traditional economic evaluation system. We can get the following conclusions: this rapid evaluation system not only can realize the rapid process, but also can obtain the accurate result.
