Acquisition Pointing Tracking (APT) is core technology in the atmospheric laser communications system, quickly and accurately acquisition, pointing and tracking is to ensure the realization of long-distance optical communication space and interplanetary optical communications, APT(Acquisition, Pointing, and Tracking) technology certainty turns to the most important section and one of the key points in APT is controlling technology in fine tracking servo system.This paper designed a piezoelectric ceramic control system, which has a Deflection Angle adjustable accuracy characteristics, this paper discusses the application of piezoelectric ceramic status at home and abroad, as well as research-driven approach, and control method of piezoelectric ceramic to do a comparison, described the physical characteristics of piezoelectric ceramics and electrical properties. And the system sub-module design. Finally for this paper, a piezoelectric ceramic platform application PID control method and fuzzy self-tuning PID control method to study, through the S IMULINK simulation proved that the subject of the design of fuzzy self-tuning PID controller has smaller overshoot and shorter regulation time, with good dynamic response and steady-state properties. The open-loop transfer function of control PZT is deduced. The fine pointing micro-positioning system is built. The methods of digital PID control and fuzzy PID control are studied. Simulation results proved that the Fuzzy-PID controller has food dynamic and static performances.
