| Along with the modern industry and science's and technology's swift development, the tendency that engineering products' acme, exquisite, high speed as well as engineering structure's complication is becoming more and more obvious, the dynamic load influence is getting more and more serious to the structures, therefore in structural design process, not only needs to consider the structure's static property, the dynamic property is needed too.The knowledge about the structure's static propertiy is called structural statics; the knowledge about the structure's dynamic propertiy is called structural dynamics. At present the finite element method is used in the study of structure's static ans dynamic property widespreadly. But, along with the structure's complication and the large scale, the using of finite element software to solve the large-scale complex structure system facing the restriction that storage space to be big, solution time to be long and so on .This article take the large-scale complex structure system of a chemical fiber baler as the object, referenced the newest research results in structural dynamics domain, unified substructure technology, large-scale systems theory, concurrent engineering method and parallel algorithm, discussed the highly effective solution method for large-scale complex structure system thoroughly, and carried out the following several aspect researching work:1. Discussing the property equivalent short-cut method for the CAD model to transform to the CAE model, taking this method as the law of the baler's CAD model's simplification;2. Taking the substructure law as instruction, establishing the baler's theoretical analysis model, indicating the engineering significance of coordinate reducing;3. Establishing the entire baler structure system's model under the finite element environment, and carrying out a deflation in suitable scale;4. On the base of existing method, unifying substructure technology, concurrent engineering method and parallel algorithm, draw up the highly effective processing method for the solution of large-scale complex structure system's dynamic property. Setting up a parallel microcomputer cluster based on the MPI, carrying out a parallel solution to the entire baler structure system's dynamic property according to the method drawed up in ths last step under the environment of ANSYS11.0;5. Verifying the highly effectivity and reliability of the drawed up solution method. |
