Fiber-reinforced chip seal is a new curing method of asphalt pavement in our contury. At present, there isn't any methods of molding for fiber-reinforced chip seal in our national standards. This paper research the method of molding for fiber-reinforced chip seal.According to the construction technology and working principle of fiber-reinforced chip seal, determining the dosage of gravel is the important indicators of influencing the quality of the fiber-reinforced chip seal. Four evaluative index are applied, which are thickness of pad,number of first pressing,number of repeat pressing and curing temperature. After the orthogonal test, it's observed that the most dosage of gravel can be obtained with the application of 15mm- thickness of pad, 5-time- number of first pressing, 60-time- number of repeat pressing and a curing temperature of 60℃. At this time, the best quality of molding can be obtained. It is found that, the dosage of gravel and the quality of molding are in direct proportion. The variation's range of the dosage of gravel can reflect the degree's discrepancy of the quality of molding. The most variation's range of the dosage of gravel happens when the thickness of pad changes. At this time, the quality of molding gets the most degree's discrepancy; The less variation's range of the dosage of gravel happens when three others get changes.Road performance is examined by wet wheel abration test,burthening wheel grinding test and sand circle test. At last, the feasibility and superiority can be vertified by comparatively analyze experimental data.It is showed that by the data of wet wheel abration test, the specimen's abration value which is molded by the method of this paper is less than the one of comparative method. It is proved that the specimen has formed good cohesional strength, the method of this paper has the feasibility. It is showed that the burthening wheel grinding test can't evaluate the feasibility well, because the influence factors is too many for the test, the sand adhering value should be raised. It is showed that by the data of sand circle test, the structure depth is too large at the early period of rolling. After 6 days' rolling, the structure depth has large decreased and trended stable. The structure depth gets 1.66mm at the 8th day. This has proved that, the method of this paper is feasible, but the day for rolling should be increased.
