In recent years, with the rapid development of chemical industry in China, the demand of dangerous chemicals logistics is also increasing However, the dangerous chemical cargo has special chemical property, the enormous safe hidden danger exists in the transportation process, moreover, once it reveals, the serious environmental pollution will happen. There are many disadvantages of the dangerous chemicals transportation in the government supervision, relevant laws and regulations have not obtained the effective consummation and implementation, so that there are many abnormal actions in the dangerous chemicals transportation market, it is easy to cause the safety accident and the environmental pollution. There are many disadvantages including too many work links, complex replacement, not easy to recycle the packing materials and large area of land occupied in the traditional dangerous chemicals transportation form, it creates serious waste of resources.In the report of 17th Party Congress, the concept of ecological civilization about energy saving and carbon emission reduction was submitted, It also presented that our country would make efforts in improving the economic quality, not repeatedly develop the mode of high consumption, high emissions and high pollution, to walk out a Chinese new path. Transportation plays an important part in logistics activities. Under the promoting circular economic conditions of green logistics model, in order to ensure the health, sustainable development of our country's economy, the study of the problems of transportation safety, environmental protection and government management and the improvement of existing dangerous chemicals transportation have very important practical significance.This article firstly introduces the relevant concepts and the chemical characteristics of dangerous chemicals, presents a series of problems on dangerous chemicals transportation, and also makes the comparison in the qualitative angle between the traditional dangerous chemicals transportation form and the rising form. Secondly, it analyses the existing problems of traditional dangerous chemicals transportation mode from the aspects of social economic benefit, transportation safety, environmental protection, government management and so on. And it starts from the above four aspects, to establish the Green Degree Index Evaluation System of dangerous chemicals logistics transportation. And then after it makes use of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to confirm the weight of various indexes, it makes the empirical analysis using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation against the dangerous chemicals transportation mode of our country, the result is that the Green Degree of dangerous chemicals transportation mode in China is in the medium level, but some disadvantages also exits including transportation safety, environmental protection, government management. Finally, united with preamble analysis, this article gives some relevant suggestions, hoping it is helpful to raise the level of the Green Degree of dangerous chemicals transportation mode, to make the economy of our country in more healthy, steady and sustainable development.
