| Maglev represents the future direction of rapid rail transit because of the advantage of high speed, safe, comfortable and so on. At present, the development of the maglev train technology is still in its infancy, and many key technologies remain to be researched. Speed detection system which provides the speed information to ensure the safe operation is one of them. In this paper, a set of precise and stable solutions, based on the tooth-and-slots of LSM (linear synchronous motor), is developed. These solutions include building experimental maglev line, designing tooth-and-slots sensor, extracting signal under intense interference background, writing algorithm of speed detection for digital signal process (DSP) and so on.In order to effectively transport information such as train speed to control center, Multifunction Vehicle Bus (MVB) which is widely used in high-speed train is introduced. With the development of under stratum MVB network controller, the network of MVB is established. Through the MVB network, the equipment which is distributed in the train is connected.MVB controller use top-down modular design method. These modules can be divided into receiving module, sending module, time-out-detection module, timing module, and CPU module. These modules work together to complete the complexity of MVB functions. Finally, the real-time MVB network monitor which is based on MVB controller mentioned before, used for the MVB network researching and testing, is designed. |
