High speed maglev train is a new type of fast transportation which runs without the connection with track.The track is formed by stator which has a cogging characteric surface by high-strength bolts,it can be regarded as the long stator linear synchronous motor.Track geometry parameters are easy to change in long-term operation,which directly affects the safety,stability and comfort of vehicle operation.So it is necessary to regularly detect the geometric parameters of the track and apply maintenance to maintain good track state.Based on the characteristics of track and the testing requirements,a set of dynamic track detection system for high-speed maglev train is designed to detect loosening of stator mounting bolts situation,at the same time with mileage synchronization function,with high efficiency,small size,portability,reliability and other characteristics.This paper focuses on the track irregularity detection,the related signal processing technology and the absolute mileage positioning method.At the same time,it discusses the detection method of the loosening of bolts on stator,which can provide theoretical guidance for the dynamic detection of the geometrical state of the maglev track and with certain value of engineering practice.In this paper,a maglev track irregularity detection scheme based on inertial reference method is proposed,and the selection of relevant sensors and the design of the platform are completed.In order to avoid the influence of the detection result on the vehicle speed,the relationship between the running speed of the train and the spatial resolution of the detection signal is analysed.The shift filter is designed,and the sensor signal is denoised by wavelet denoising.The acceleration data is double integrated by frequency domain integration method,and the data of different wavelength irregularity are obtained.At the same time,the paper designes the algorithm to remove the "cogging effect" of the stator surface data,and verifies that the algorithm is effective.In addition,a simple absolute mileage positioning device based on the eddy current reflex principle is designed,which corrects the absolute position information of the dynamic rail inspection system with the absolute positioning mark plate.By simulating the dynamic characteristics of the device,the results show that it can meet the requirements of dynamic rail inspection system.The experimental results also verify that the absolute mileage positioning system is feasible.In addition,the paper presents a method of loosening detection of stator bolts based on image detection.The method which is based on adding mark line to the upper surface of the bolt and the stator is used to identify the angle of bolt loosening by image recognition algorithm after image acquisition.The experimental results show that the method is effective.
