This paper do some researh on thermal comfort. First, eight Channel DAQ system for thermal comfort was designed based Fanger's model. This system can acquire real-time date of air temperature, air velocity, relative humidity, CO2 concentration and so on, and Sampling frequency is up to 10HZ. The system can also calculate Vaper Content,Dew-Point,Wet-Bulb,PMV,PPD. After testing, the system is proved reliable and stable.Then, thermal comfort is researched by the testing system. By research, we find that in Air-conditioned room, the indoor air temperature changing rate in winter is much higher than in summer, the trand of indoor air temperature in winter is same as the trand of outdoor air temperature. Indoor relative humidity in summer is about 2 times more than in winter, and in winter, relative humidity is less than 40%. Indoor air velocity is less than 0.2m / s, basically is 0.1m / s, at this time it had no effect to the thermal comfort. Indoor CO2 concentration is rising at working times, but it is stable at lunch time. The conversation and the incresing of people will instantly improve the indoor CO2 concentration.At last, thermal comfort is researched by Survey based on Adapted Model. By surving, we found that more than 80% of the students feel satisfaction for the thermal comfort. In winter, the satisaction in no air-condition room is 10% higher than in air-condition room; and in summer, the satisaction in air-condition room is 10% higher than no air-condition room. At the research place,the comfort temperature is 22.66 degree C in winter and 26.09 degree C in summer. In winter, if the CO2 concentration is higher than 800PPM, the person indoor will feel uncomfortable; In summer, the CO2 concentration had no effect to the thermal comfort.
