With the implementation of China’s wall materials reform and buildingenergy-saving polices, energy-saving materials is booming. Foamed concrete iswidely used in building insulation performance areas because of its excellentperformance, such as low thermal insulation, lightweight, high fire resistance andsound insulation. But the foamed concrete has many problems, for ordinary cementsetting time is longer and the intensity is low even easier to collapse. In order toachieve the stable foam time consistent with cement setting time,we use specialcement in ordinary; The quality of domestic foam varies. Protein foaming agent iseffective but its prices is high, while traditional foam agent is cheap but its foam inpoor quality. All of these factors have limited the further promotion and application offoamed concrete.To solve the above problems, this thesis use ordinary portland cement instead ofspecial cement and tea saponin produce foamed concrete which meet therequirements. On this basis, we choose fly ash and slag as mineral admixture to studyits effect on foamed concrete of strength and thermal conductivity by the orthogonalexperiment and subsequent trials. In addition, we study the effect of the water-cementratio, age and curing conditions on the impact of foamed concretes’ strength, andfinally we study its effects on strength, surface quality and structure features offoamed concrete by mixing water repellent.The results of the research show that adding mineral mixtures will reduce theearly strength of foamed concrete, but on the case that the test is added with20%slagand10%fly ash, A07foamed concrete strength can still reach2.6MPa in seven days,and the strength of28days also meets the requirements of the application.what’smore, the complex will not only can improve the use of the ratio of industrial wasteutilization, but also can improve the durability of foamed concrete, Which achieves awin-win environmental protection and cost savings. Protection conditions have agreater impact on foamed concrete strength. The natural curing of pure cementstrength than standard curing decreased by9.8%, While the foamed concrete strengths of add20%fly ash and10%slag of natural curing than the standard curingdecreases by19.8%.The influence of the water-cement ratio will get that in the samemix, the strength of the foamed concrete will increases with the decrease of thewater-cement ratio. Contrasted with the water-cement ratio of0.54, the strength of thewater-cement ratio of0.42will be up to18.2%. Age contrast experiments proves thatthe strength of adding admixture foamed concrete is low at the early time, but it canreach the strength of pure cement after56d. Finally, adding fly ash in foamedconcrete can significantly reduce its thermal conductivity, foamed concrete thatmixed20%slag and10%fly ash leads to thermal conductivity lower by8.5%thanthe pure cement preparation foamed concrete, reached to the JG/T266-2011standardrequirement.In this paper, ordinary Portland cement and tea spooning is applied to preparefoamed concrete to meet the requirements of JG/T266-2011, which provide morereferences for ordinary Portland cement to prepare foamed concrete.
