In the last few decades, with the rapid development of the microprocessor, power electronics and permanent magnet material manufacturing techniques, the Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is applied in many kinds of drive systems, compared with other motors. This paper is studied well with PMSM servo systems in many aspects.This paper first presented the research background of the subject and its significance, and introduced the development of the servo system and its related technology. In order to establish the mathematical model, this paper introduced the Clark and Park transformation. In the circumstance of careful analysis, we took several reasonable assumptions, and illustrated the model; set up a rotor field-oriented vector control program based on I_d=0 after having studied the theory of vector control on PMSM deeply; presented the space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) principle and realized it with algorithms. At the same time, we designed the three-loop modulator. Taking the low-speed into account, this article listed several related factors, summed up and improved these methods which could improve the performance. Finally, we gave the MATLAB simulation results which proved that the fuzzy-PI control is effective.As for hardware, this paper used TI's DSP TMS320F2812 as the core control unit. The power circuit made the intelligent power module (IPM) PM75CSE120 for the AC-DC-AC voltage inverter. Considering the very circumstance, this paper designed the signal detection circuit, protection circuit and human-computer interaction circuit with which the system can operate safe and stable.As for software, the control algorithm of PMSM was implemented by DSP. With I_d=0 vector control, we solved the decoupling problem. This paper used the PI control method in the position and current loop, took fuzzy-PI control in the speed loop, and used the SVPWM strategy in the inverter. Besides, in order to help the human-computer interaction, this paper also designed the panel program. On the basis of above work, this article have done a lot of experiments, experimental results show the effectiveness of the program, and prove that it is also an ideal control method.
