| Metal corrosion is a very common phenomenon. It will cause a large number of resource waste every year, and make the national economy loss. In developed countries, metal corrosion causes economic losses of the 2%-4% of GDP. So many countries actively engage in the study of corrosion science.The corrosion of the railway vehicles mainly refers to the corrosion of the metal structure, the bogie's corrosion is an important part. Since 1996, railway passenger car started to use the welded bogie to replace the original casting bogie, the corrosion was quite serious. The bogie bears substantial significance to improve the safety and extend the life as important parts of the railway vehicles. As a result, it is necessary to launch the coating anticorrosion study on the bogie of railway passenger car. It is also particularly important.This paper illustrates the basic structure of the bogie, shows the corrosion status of bogie, analyses the reasons for its corrosion, and puts forward the relevant solutions. Because the extent of corrosion of the bogie is closely related to basis materials, painting technology and equipments. In this paper, it carried out a comparative electrochemical corrosion test between (09CuPCrNi-A) welded steel plate and casting steel plate, and studied the corrosion mechanism and reasons. The results showed that: the corrosion resistance of welded steel (09 CuPCrNi-A) is reliable. It can be used as the matrix of the bogie of railway passenger car.Taking into account anticorrosion requirements of the bogie of railway passenger car, choices of the anticorrosive paint focuse on the protective and enhance its appearance. This article chooses suitable paints, and carried out the adhesion and salt spray test against the coating. The results showed that the coating indicators are stabilized, and meet the technological requirements. It improves the technical procedure and equipments of bogie's anti-corrosion coating, introduces the significant role of phosphatization in bogie's anti-corrosion coating, analyses the curing process and equipment, points out the shortcoming of the curing oven, and proposes improving measures. In addition, the article also analyses three wastes after the painting, and puts forward the solutions. |
