With the rapid development of the national economy, the speed of the railway passenger car operation is raising continuously. So the infection of the railway passenger car noise on the comfort of passengers is becoming serious and the prevention of railway passenger car noise is becoming more and more important. The railway passenger car noise of the wheel is the primary source for the producing of railway passenger car noise. The railway passenger car wheel noise problem has been paid attention by many countries in the world and some important achievements have been obtained. The wheel noise problem is also studied in our country and the research is only in the initial stage. The main work of this thesis is on the studies of the wheel noise on the basis of the work home and abroad, carries on railway passenger car wheel to optimize noise. This paper combines domestic and foreign railway noise research, mainly for railway passenger car wheels to optimize noise reduction. The main work in the thesis is as follows:1.On the basis of research Railway tracks in the round of noise reduction, this paper puts typical wheels for passenger cars as study, uses Patran and Nastran software model of the wheel vibration finite element analysis, obtains the nodes'responses of the finite element model. Then, in order to make the wheel vibration nodes at the boundary conditions for incentives, this paper carries out sound radiation boundary element analysis in SYSNOISE, arrives at results of the fields'acoustic radiation: the distribution of sound pressure.2.This paper puts the layer on both sides of the wheel, gives layer damping material, thickness and physical parameters, carries on vibration finite element analysis and sound radiation boundary element analysis to the wheel.3.It divides the viscoelastic layer into four parts, sets design variables, design constraints and the objective function, performs optimization by reducing the wheel vibration noise. According to the results of optimization, this paper gives the analysis of the vibration finite element and sound radiation boundary element once more.4.This paper compares the three times of finite element vibrations and sound radiation boundary element analysis. Get conclusion.This article uses Patran, Nastran and SYSNOISE software. Patran and Nastran is the industry's best-known framework of the parallel finite element before and the after-processing and analysis system. It can provide a full analysis of the open CAE environment. SYSNOISE software is in the leading position in the field of calculating acoustic analysis, the use of software to address BEM acoustic is very comprehensive, slightly better than other software. So combines SYSNOISE to Patran and Nastran, this paper has a very strong scientific foundation. This paper imposes sinusoidal excitation to the wheel, and then gives the viscoelastic layer and optimization, obtains the wheel vibration noise radiation. This article will offer reliability to other studies and explore further study for reducing the noise of the car wheel.
