Because China's national strength, and so on, from the 1970s, many roads, particularly many Southern inter-provincial link roads are paved by cement concrete, which is relatively inexpensive. Almost all have broken plates, mismatched plates, cracking, spalling, potholes and other damage in the result of the impact of heavy traffic load caused by social economical gallop. Then all can hardly afford the important task of network of high-grade highway. Inevitably, should be overhauled.In the current transformation of the old cement concrete pavement, asphalt-clad (white and black) is a more normally used way. However, due to the cement concrete slab and relative displacement among cracks because load, temperature and humidity changes, the emergence of reflection cracks can not be avoided. The rubblization is one of the most thorough ways to solve the problem of reflection cracks. It accords to the mechanism and source of reflection cracks, breaks up the concrete panels and then paves the surface layer.The rubblization is an important technology that using the original broken position of concrete pavement. It generally applies to the condition that the large scope of the cement concrete pavement has been devastated. Abroad has been used this technology for many years, but the domestic research on it has just begun.This dissertation starts from the strategy of rubblization, analyses and researches the application category and precondition of rubble process. Then brings forward the advantage stems form the characteristic of this technology.However the perfect theory, construction equipment is still the important part. This paper researches impact-compaction, MHB and resonance equipments and analyses the applicability according to these equipments'effect.In order to learn the stress among construction layers after paving the way by rubblization technology, the article uses computer to calculate the stress on asphalt pavement upon the rubblization. Approximately describes the stress and strain among construction layers by use of the model built by software. In the end, derives a lot of valuable conclusion.As domestic study on rubblization technology is just beginning, the relevant information is very scarce. This paper can provide assistance and reference of strategy, design, construct, quality management and so on for engineering application of this technology.
