Combining the introduction of MHB rubblization equipment and with the basic application situation abroad of this equipment as its base, this paper studies the application standard, technology, the control of construction quality, etc. of MHB rubblization equipment applied at home, hoping to have this equipment and its related technology overall digested and absorbed. Based on this, this paper further carries out studies of fragmentation mechanism and structure combination.Regarding either Eco-environmental protection, or the use of recycled resources, this project has a great economic and social significance, a prospect of broad promotion and a high promotion value.This paper consists of these following parts:Firstly, the current maintenance situation of cement concrete pavement at home and on abroad are introduced.Secondly, it introduces the concept of rubblization technology and also presents the conditions of applying rubblization technology, the technology of constructing cement concrete pavements, the equipment required during the employment of rubblization technology, the parameters needed to be identified during the application of rubblization technology, the application of rubblization technology in constructing the national road 324 in this paper. The mechanism of MHB rubblization is analysed from the perspective of the wave theory.Thirdly, it introduces Guillotine Breaker, Resonant Breaker and Multiple Head Breaker in this paper. It also has done a comparative analysis objectively to these three crushers from various aspects, such as the expense, efficiency, depth, amplitude, frequency, the added surfacing, and the effect.Fourthly, this paper also has done some designing for the working equipments. The study explores the three-dimensional solid modeling of MHB operating equipment by applying Pro/E, the virtual assembly of MHB operating equipment, motion simulation and the designing process of motion simulation of MHB operating equipment.In the end, the paper presents a conclusion and prospect of this technology...
