As the electronic technology and permanent magnetic material were developed, especially the dissemination of micro processor, the digital permanent Magnetic AC Servo system has made rapid progress. For the moment, the Digital permanent Magnetic AC servo system has been a new subject which was consist of motor, electronic technology, automation, computer control and digital simulation. Therefore, it is necessary to do some farther research in digital permanent Magnetic AC Servo System.In chapter one ,This paper introduces some basic concepts in digital permanent magnetic AC servo system, and prospect the developing trend of Digital permanent magnetic AC servo system. At last, this paper describes some particular attributes of the sigital permanent magnetic AC servo system.In chapter two, this paper introduces the usual methods in current digital permanent magnetic AC servo system and compares these methods of their merits and demerits. Then on this basis, this paper discusses some special characters of digital permanent magnetic AC servo system.This paper proposes a model of a permanent magnetic synchro motor(PMSM) and it's control, which adopt IPM rotor in chapter three. Then introduce the working theory and the design of magnetic circuit and electric circuit of this system. At last it expatiate the function of each part.In chapter four, This paper made some calculation on PMSM in this system and do some simulation of the magnetic field, then use the simulation to solve some problems which happened in produce process. It also introduced some testing methods of digital permanent magnetic AC servo system.In last chapter, this paper summarizes the design of the whole system and sums up some characteristics of this system. Also some demerit to be fixed and improved is suggested and the prospect of the system was proposed.
