Serve drive technology through three stages which were direct current servo system, brushless direct current system and PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchronization Motor) system. With the unceasing development of modernized industry, higher speed, higher precision and higher efficiency's require were brought forward. AC (Alternating Current) PMSM have higher response, without maintenance(without carbon brush and commutator),higher reliabilities' characteristic. It use MCU(Microprocessor Control Unit) technology, high-power and high performance semiconductor technology, permanent magnet material technics and high performance ratio, not only does it has widest foreground and applied value in numerical control lathe, robots and aviation & spaceflight fields but also it anabasis mightily textile field, becoming one of the important technique means to carry out mechanical-electrical integration digitization. This paper make an in-depth and all-around study on the Digitization PMSM Servo Driver and divide into four parts. The main contents are:1 .This part set up the ensemble framework of pmsm servo control system, analyse the structure and mathematics model of PMSM; and expound theory basic and waveform's engender principle of SVPWM( Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation) technology.2. Design of the PMSM servo hardware system. The power transform current and drive current are composed of power drive IR2136 and six IRGB440U of TI company, which is provided with high voltage value and good stability. The system's core is high performance chip TMS320LF2407A of TI company. It use mix optical rotary encoder to achieve precise position orientation and get the speed's feedback value. It use hall current sensor to achieve current's feedback. The system's integration degree is very high to realize digitization conveniently.3. Design of the PMSM servo software system. The part expatiate every module function of system software and introduce the implement plan of SVPWM importantly. Design of the digital PI adjuster of the current loop and speed loopgiving the calculate way of speed feedback and position feedback.4. Debug the servo system based on the software and hardware of system, which include Matlab/Simulink emulation and actual system experiment; display the emulational and experiment waveform. Analyse and discuss the arisen problem during experiment process and experiment result, and give out the solution.In the end, the paper summarize the whole exploitation work and bring forward the improving aspects, as the latter study work's reference.
