Today, as the rapid development of motor theory, power electronics technology, new magnetic materials and computer control technology constantly promoted related the servo product upgrades, full digital servo control system in Industrial integrated manufacturing, automatic control, transportation, electrical and electronic products, numerical control machine tool equipment, military weapons and equipment, and is playing a significant role. Modern motor control technology of direct torque control technology in vector control technology is widely used after directly facing the new motor output control technology.Permanent magnet synchronous motor with it's the smaller heat, the higher ratio of performance and price, convenient and durable, suitable for different occasions and became the preferred tool servo system implementation. High performance AC servo control technology using the latest digital control technology to replace traditional analog control scheme, the design is simple, the overall system share a common time reference point, consistency, security, high reliability, the permanent magnet synchronous motor for high performance actuator AC servo technology has replaced traditional servo technology, become the development of the future direction of servo technology. Research in the permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control system as the main object of ac servo control system is the current servo system research hot spot and has important practical value.In the first place, this paper introduces the servo technology industry background, the basic of development, system components, shows the characteristics of high-performance servo systems. In the next place, the respective establishment of three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, static, rotating coordinate system, and according to the electromagnetic equivalence principle gives the transformation formula between them; to simplify the form of the establishment phase permanent magnet synchronous motor mathematical model to calculate the stator voltage,3-phase flux, torque equation, the equation of motion. On the above basis, using space vector synthesis method adds new vector, analyses and compares the basic voltage vector direct torque control and vector subdivision of direct torque control principle, realize decoupling motor output.In the second place, using high-performance digital signal processor (TMS320F2812 DSP) chip to control the core structures of the servo system platform, designed the main circuit and the external auxiliary circuit, the control of the preparation of a DSP running the program, complete hardware and software design of servo system.In the end,in MATLAB7.0/Simulink6.0 simulation environment based on vector subdivision algorithm established direct torque control of servo system simulation model. Through the simulation analysis, the results show that the system can achieve the position, speed, torque servo system of three closed -loop design requirements, primarily validated the rationality of the design of servo system.Figure [44] table [10] reference [48]...
