Study Of Pure Firing BFG Boiler's Burning Prediction Based On ANN

As a by-pass product of steel plant, BFG(blast furnace gas) is a kind of low heat value fuel and poisonous gas. Pure firing BFG boiler has its own characters of design, manufacture and operation because of using BFG fuel. The operation of pure firing BFG boiler is connected with blaster furnace's operating situation tightly. It's valuable for pure firing BFG boiler to predict burning situation according to blaster furnace's situation. This paper analyses influential factors of pure firing BFG boiler's combustion stability based on produce, characters and combustion theory of BFG. Then, it builds forecasting model of pure firing BFG boiler's combustion based on BP ANN(artificial neural network) and adapts data from operation to train and examine model. The model can present the technical guarantee for optimizing operation, and the forecasting model of combustion can meet the requirement through experiment.
