ABSTRCT:According to the study of combustion characteristics of large capacity coal-fired boiler by use of Fuzzy mathematics, an online comprehensive judging and Forecasting model is established. This model takes the influence of ten key factors such as coal and load to the combustion stability into consideration, especially realizes self-studying of each factor and stability forecasting with Artificial Neural Net. At the same time, the visualization of flowing state and possible accident is developed by combing Multimedia technology with OPENGL. A coal-fired boiler Combustion Visualization,Forecasting and Analyze System is developed and realized on a 200MW pulverized coal-fired power station in HeBei Province.
