Research Of Prestress Stretching Of Heavy CFRP Sheets With The Wsgg Anchor And The Stress Loss Of The Prestressed CFRP Board

The construction technique of prestress stretching the light CFRP sheets with WSSG Anchor has been made out in our team's previous work,and the discipline of the stress loss of the prestressed light CFRP sheets has also been found out.But all the study on the heavy CFRP sheets hasn't been initiated.For this actuality,we use a 5.7m long steel beam as a pedestal and the WSGG anchor as the anchoring and prestressing implement to explore the technique of prestressing the heavy CFRP sheets and research the problem the long time stress loss while improrving the test equipment and method step by step in the test.It's concluded from the test and analysis result that 1.the WSGG anchor can be used in the prestress stretching of heavy CFRP sheets,with stricter anti-slip measure than the light CFRP sheets;2.the thickness of CRFP sheets becomes important factor of anchorage efficiency;In order to get higher pretension,the radius and amount of WSGG anchor's waves is advised to be increased,and a change in the method of folding corbon fiber sheets is also proposed;3.the reaction heat of impregnated resin is more difficult to be dissipated,he reasonable stretching time which can reduce the unfavorable influence in the practical construction is need to be determined by field test;4.according observing the strain of the prestressed CFRP sheets of the members GJ3,it's known that in the first 21h the relaxation losses of prestressed CFRP sheets occurs intensively,the main reason of the stress loss is the temperature reduction,and the total quantity of the stress loss is no less than 65.9 percent of the total valid prestress of the CFRP sheets,much more than in the light CFRP sheets ;5.according the durability test,it's known that the anchoring effect of the WSGG anchor can not fail at the 142 centigrade degree.
