| Overloading is the direction of the development of railway transport, but because of limited single machine traction, in order to meet the needs of heavy haul technology, is bound to the development of multi-traction technology, and locomotive coupling technology is widely used increasingly in this field. This article's targets- locomotive reconnection of wireless control device, using a microcomputer intelligent control, detection technology, wireless communication network technology. The realization of two or more trains between the traction synchronous or asynchronous operation, to improve the entire train transport capacity.In order to online monitoring the locomotive coupling wireless control equipment, we need to establish an online real-time diagnosis about the object in this article- locomotive reconnection of wireless control device. The on-line diagnosis system of locomotive coupling wireless control equipment has been designed. Online diagnostic system capable of wireless control locomotive reconnection boot device detection, and reconnection in the locomotive running the wireless control device when the real-time monitoring of various functional modules operating conditions, various faults diagnosis module, when the faults occurs, by addressing element analysis of faults location and faults information sent to the driver's cab of the screen, indicating the driver to the next step.In this article, first introduced the locomotive reconnection of wireless control device, as well as the working principle and the composition of modules, and then introduced the online diagnostic system design programs. And for signal acquisition, analysis of the relevant control signals and state signals, these signals through the optimization of choice does not affect the normal operation of devices, the design of the signal acquisition program. Signal acquisition system designed hardware circuitry and software workflow, and analysis of the system bus, given the system interface circuit related. Finally, did a simulation experiment on PC machines with Lab Windows / CVI software. |
