TCC (Train Control Center) is a critical system in Ground Signal control system of CTCS-2 Train Control System for Dedicated Passenger Lines. It sends out the license command for the operation of the train which is based on the track section occupied information, interlock approach information, line speed limited information and communication information between stations.Then it transmits the information to the vehicle subsystem through track circuit and active Balise.In this way,TCC connects with ATP(Automation Train Protection) and other management systems of the railway.As for the powerful functions, complicated control logic and high safety requirements, the correctness of the functional logic of TCC affects the safety of train operation.In our country, beacause of the variety of the trains,the complexity of signal equipments and the various forms of lines, there are some faults constantly,such as,the defective shunting of track circuit and the abnormal closure of the signals.And at present the most critical issue is to make sure that TCC can achieve its functions properly and protect the safety of the system from the faults. As a result, it is quite necessary to develop a simulation system of the TCC according to Technical Specification for Train Control Center of CTCS-2 Train Control System for Dedicated Passenger Lines.By doing this, it can not only study and verify the correctness of functional logic of the TCC and the rationality of the technical scheme, but also mean a lot on identifying problems in advance through simulation tests in all kinds of test conditions.This dissertation analyzes the structure design and the function requirement of TCC simulation system according to the Technical Specification and the interfacical protocol for Train Control Center of CTCS-2 Train Control System for Dedicated Passenger Lines. Then the paper emphasizes the design of the modules of track circuit code, section signal light and direction-change of sections in detail. The main contents of this dissertation are as following: Firstly, it analyzes all kinds of track circuit defective shunting and fault occupation situations, finds the algorithm solutions.It also proposes the situations of non-application of the track circuit defective shunting and fault occupation of "three-point inspections". Secondly, it summarizes the track coding principles of the section and the station track circuit, gives the way to achieve its coding logic function. It also proposes some of the recommendations for station coding. Then,it analyses and summarizes the corresponding relations between signal display and the code,realizes the function to control the logic function of signal light by using code sequence.Next, it focus on and achieves the function of the logic of normal direction-change of sections and auxiliary direction-change of sections. In the end, test analysis is carried out for each function and has achieved the expected results.
