It becomes a important topic about the Nation's economy and people's livelihood, needs to be solved urgently. Passenger train scheme is the core of passenger transport organization. A good train scheme can juggle the enterprise operation efficiency and service quality well, is the base of compiling train diagram. At present, our country is at the start stage of the Passenger dedicated Line's construction and research, lack of experience, theory and method on the transport organization of Passenger Dedicated Line. From our country's, the mature technology can not be copied without judgment. So, we need to put a lot of manpower and material resources to work out the transport organization of Passenger Dedicated Line which suitable for our country's reality and railway's condition.At first, this paper analyzes the development and theoretical research of high-speed railway abroad, concludes the characteristics of the foreign Passenger Dedicated Line's organization and the applicability and the revelation in our country. Then analyzes the definition of Passenger Dedicated Line train scheme. From several aspects, such as:the passenger flow demand, providing quick meet transport services, ensuring the safety to traveling,simplifying the transportation organization model, the maximization of the railway transport enterprise economic benefits elaborates the principle of compiling the Passenger Dedicated Line train scheme. And from the aspects of organization model, train starting time, passenger flow characteristics, transportation equipment, cohesive and transfer, the railway departments earnings elaborates the influence factors of compiling the Passenger Dedicated Line train scheme. And analyzes the formulation process, formulation method of Passenger Dedicated Line train scheme. With the maximization of enterprise benefit, the minimization of the expenses caused by the stop of trains and the walking distance of empty seats on train, and base on the constraints of train seats utilization, meeting passenger demand, train stopping, this paper establishes the multi-objective optimization model of the train stop scheme on Passenger Dedicated Line. And based on the Ideal Trarget method and Implicit Emumeration method designs its algorithm, whit the help of practical example and Matlab optimization software verifies the feasibility of the model and algorithm.
