The Applied Research Of Construction Project Management In The Earthquake Disaster Emergency Response And Damage Assessment

This paper searches on the development of construction project management at home and abroad, building earthquake damage assessment, earthquake disaster emergency response and building construction projects with the earthquake disaster emergency management relations and a number of research applications. Combination of construction project management science and earthquake disaster, it deals with the scientific knowledge of two disciplines, seeking approval of the management of construction projects to improve the efficiency of buildings in disaster management approach.First of all, to introduce the management of construction projects at home and abroad to study and some characteristics of the status quo; and then detail the construction project management profiles, set up the management of construction projects have contributed to the earthquake disaster estimated model.Secondly, how to carry out major earthquake damage assessment of buildings, concrete buildings on earthquake disaster loss assessment methods classification, the establishment of earthquake damage assessment of the quantitative analysis model. Then, taking the earthquake disaster emergency response buildings as an example, post-disaster reconstruction and the building construction project management are studied, in order to arrive at the disaster to further damage the building response.
