Abstract/Summary:
As the key link of environmental impact and resource consumption in manufacturing enterprises,green technology research of workshop production process has become the hot spot and cutting technology edge in green manufacturing research area, and achieved some results. However,there exists many kinds of resource consumption and uncertain in production process of manufacturing enterprises in China, environmental emissions dispersed and difficult to monitor, the relationship among all kinds of production information are complex, so the green technology is still difficult to implement in the actual production.This paper takes manufacturing processes of product as the main research object, analyzed the characteristics of resources consumption and environmental emission in manufacturing process of manufacturing enterprises in China, proposed a green-degree comprehensive evaluation method of manufacturing process resources and environmental attributions based on BP neural networks, based on the above statement, the manufacturing process resources and environmental attributions diagnostic system is developed. The main research content as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the research status at home and abroad, stated the importance and urgency in the implementation of green manufacturing technology in the manufacturing enterprise; and also pointed out that it is still a lack of ways and tools for green-degree comprehensive evaluation in the actual production in China, proposed the direction of the research in this paper.(2)Based on the IPO model of the manufacturing process, decomposed the whole manufacturing process with the processing technology, established the evaluation index system of manufacturing process resources consumption and environmental emission according to analyzing the characteristics of manufacturing process resources and environmental attributions data property, and also posed a quantitative method of manufacturing process resources and environment attributions index;(3) Stated the possibility and excellence in using the method of BP (error back propagation)neural networks for the green-degree evaluation in the manufacturing process resources and environment emission according to the analysis of the theory and algorithm of BP neural networks, and established manufacturing process resources and environmental attributions analysis model based on BP neural networks according to analyzing the characteristics of manufacturing process resources and environmental attributions;(4) Based on the above research work, the manufacturing process resources and environmental attributions diagnosis system based on green manufacturing is developed by using JAVA language, JSP language, and also improved the operability and user-friendly of the System.
