With the continuous development of Mechanical & Electrical Integration and automation of production process, Mechanical Engineering Measurement System is becoming more and more complex which has been an important part of the whole mechanical equipment for study,development,application and teaching.The dissertation is based on the platform of PXI virtual instrument which has completed the development of Mechanical Engineering Measurement System, the method is based on common Mechanical parameters and combine to virtual instrument, it makes the analysis of Mechanical parameters come ture by hardware and software which matched to the computer and DAQ-boards.At first, with the comparison by performance, price, stability and interoperability of current virtual instrument and traditional mechanical measurement system, choosing the PXI virtual instrument which produced by NI company for development.Secondly, providing the plan of the system which designed by function modules. Designing the procession of software system by consulting traditional measurement procession. Developing the modules from the bottom for the basic measurement and control. It can finish the functions of signal acquisition, filtering, signal display, time-domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, signal saved, get data, etc. It has completed the measurements by the development system.Then, creating a database for data storage, management and researching in the general design. accessing the data by LabVIEW Database abbreviatived LabSQL which with the ADO technology. Edit and manage the program through the menu editor. The Program is following the order of hierarchical structure. The main system is following sequential structure which reaching the next module by the former module.Once more, using the method of least squares and Mallat algorithmic partitioning of wavelets analysis in the dissertation for the part of LabVIEW. The two methods make good efforts to display and analy waveform in details. At last, the measurement system passed the experiment by testing pressure, flow and displacement, and proved the mesurement system is feasible.
