| With the advancement of my country’s industrial industrialization and upgrading,the demand for energy in social development continues to increase,and the energy problems brought by it have attracted people’s attention.In this context,wind power generation has been vigorously developed and promoted in my country.The wind power industry has achieved rapid development,but wind turbines exposed to the natural environment are prone to various equipment failures.The expensive operation and maintenance costs of wind turbines restrict the economic benefits of wind farms.Among them,the main shaft bearing of the fan is particularly important as a core component.The lubrication and maintenance of the main shaft bearing is a necessary link to ensure the normal operation of the whole machine and save expenses.Therefore,studying the lubrication of wind power bearings is of great significance to further promote the development of the wind power industry,promote clean wind power energy,maintain the ecological environment,and alleviate energy shortages.This article focuses on the study of the movement law of SKF 240/600 wind turbine main shaft bearing grease,focusing on the centralized lubrication and waste grease collection,and the overall lubrication scheme design to improve lubrication efficiency.This article has mainly done the following four aspects of research work:(1)Explore the preparation process of lithium-based grease,use paraffin-based and naphthenic base oils as raw materials,compare multiple proportioning schemes to prepare grease with good rust and wear resistance,and analyze its rheological properties.(2)Create a geometric model of the bearing.In the FLUENT software,the flow condition of the grease in the bearing is simulated,and the influence of different speeds and viscosities on the flow of the grease is analyzed,and the flow field distribution characteristics are obtained.(3)According to the operating conditions and actual needs of the bearing,a centralized lubrication plan was developed,and a new type of lubrication pump was developed,and an eccentric shaft and double plunger structure were designed for it.The pumping station has reliable pumping capacity and can meet the lubrication needs of wind power bearings.(4)Analyze the reasons for the failure of bearings and grease,and design a waste grease collection system to solve the problem of saponification failure of waste grease blocking the injection of new grease,which is combined with the centralized lubrication system to form a lubrication solution for the main shaft bearing of the fan to solve the saponification of grease After failure,the problem of siltation and blockage hindering the entry of new grease,to ensure that the grease in the bearing is replaced in time to maintain a good lubrication state. |
