Studies On Basic Design Element Of Agri-tourism Garden

Agri-tourism garden is a newkind of industry combining agriculture with tourism. Basic design elements such as topography, water body, construction, are useful for not only building the garden but also displaying the landscape features. At present, there were not systematic studies on the basic design elements of agri- tourism garden yet.In this paper, the type, characteristics and landscape architecture of the basic design elements were studied by surveys, data collection and case analysis. The results were as followed:1,Through case analysis, we identified that the basic design elements of agri- tourism garden including agricultural facilities, plants, roads, water bodies, constructions and animals, had diviersified typies and distinctive characteristics.2,The basic design elements of the agri-tourism garden were rich in vision, hearing, taste, smell and touch. In order to meet the people's varied demands, the visible landscape were created based on the formal rules and the traditional and modern layout approaches, and the other landscape types such as soundscape were created by habitat transformation, space and activities arrangement.3,The reasonable evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process were important for the landscape evaluation system which can help us to determine the factors of basic design elements for example the amount.At last, the above mentioned viewpoints of basic design elements were reanalyzed through the cases designed by myself such as the Kuzhu modern technology garden of Yuhang.
