| This article has done research on mechanical behavior in concrete beam of huge volume. Due to layer-by-layer constructing method, this kind of concrete beam with a horizontal constructing slot, which causes a horizontal soft part in it, has a different mechanical behavior in comparison to the beam of integrated constructing method. By applying steel concrete infinite element method, this article creates single-stride beam, containing separate steel and concrete elements and analyzes beams' mechanical behavior attributed to the aspects of horizontal slot.By analyzing the mechanical behavior, reasonable height of horizontal constructing slot can be concluded as results and bring about some useful suggestions for engineer practices.Analysis is primarily on these subjects: creaking load, ultimate limited load, development of cracking, displacement for middle place of beam span. Then this article also analyzes some constructional measures to improve mechanical behavior such as adding some vertical short-steel in the soft interface.Another analysis subject is to apply equivalent temperature stress as the concrete shrinkage stress attributed by aspects of lay-by-layer constructing method which also affects the integrated mechanical behavior. |
