As the development of the computer technology, automatics technology, and networking technology, there is a new leap of technique for the building and district intelligentization career, which accordingly develops faster. Therefore the research on the scientific management of projects of the building and district intelligentization becomes very urgent. The only way to effectively ensure the healthy development of the building and district intelligentization career as well as the standardization of projects of the building and district intelligentization is the usage of the advanced project management ideas and the scientific project management methods.This paper analyzes the development situation of the building and district intelligentization career. It analyzes project cases on project management ideas and methods in the process of implementation for the common subsystem systems in the projects of the building and district intelligentization, respectively. Finally it particularly describes the project management methods for the project system assemblage of the building and district intelligentization in detail.On the basis of the case studies on the projects of the building and district intelligentization, combining with the current advanced project management ideas and methods, the paper elucidates how to use advanced project management ideas and methods to manage and determinate the projects of the building and district intelligentization. Sequentially there are methods to follow in the project management and determination of the building and district intelligentization.
