Meridian Theory is developed by the ancient medical scientists in the long-term medical practice, has been guiding the branches of Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment over the years.With the combination of the traditional medicine and the advanced technology, electrology of traditional Chinese medicine has been developed and improved rapidly. By measuring electric information of the meridian and acupoints, we can get the diagnosis. The development of traditional Chinese medicine is greatly compelled by electric measuring of the meridian and acupoints, also it can show the information of pathological changes more deeply and comprehensively, its balance and dialectic standpoint are bright, which is more veracious and practicability.The hardware design of the system is based on the information detection of multi-channel, it can collect and process the data of the value of human. The hardware design uses three ADG508F multi-channel selection switch to achieve the 24-channel multi-channel collection, PIC16F873A is used as a control and data processing core component. The data will be transferred to the PC by the conversion chips which transfer the serial port to the USB, data transmission through the USB port to the PC.The software system is designed by VC++6.0. The software design includes data processing and conversion, graphics displaying and updating, the database operating and so on. We get a large amount of useful data by simulation experiment and clinical experiment in Accessorial Hospital of Chinese Medicine College of Heilongjiang. It verified the multi-channel body information detector based on the meridians have the high accuracy, the result is satisfied.
