λoxygen sensors have been widely used in gasoline engine system to decrease the 80% harmful gas in auto exhaust with three unique catalytic converter system, economizing 10% energy at the meantime. However, theλοf diesel engine, natural gas engine, insufficient combustion is not equal to 1. It is necessary to use double cells oxygen sensor to control combustion and decrease exhaust. With the regulation of environmental protection is more and more rigid, double cells oxygen sensor is increasing in demand supply. This article is based on the stucture and preparation of platform oxygen sensor, and the most important preparation in YSZ oxygen sensitive integrated component which is the key partment of double cells oxygen sensor has been reserched as following.The influence of YSZ powder calcination process on slurry fluidity of tape casting and sintering character of green tape has been researched. Result is that slurry fluidity of tape casting has been improved, but sintering activity of green tape has been weakened.Through research, rheological properties of slurry has a great influence on tapa casting.The component ratio of tape casting slurry by using 95% ethanol and MEK as solvent has been optimized. The best component ratio of tape casting slurry by using ethanol and xylene as solvent has been obtained. The good quality and no defect of green tape has been preparation.Changing the environment temperature and the velocity of air flow have a great infulence on tape casing, while the influnce is different between 95% ethanol-MEK as solvent and ethanol-xylene as solvent.The different lamination technologies such as thermo-compression method and low pressure lamination of green tape by gluing at room temperatue have been researched and compared. The junction of different layers is most homogeneous and close by thermo-compression method, and the ceramic is free defect after sintering while the rate of shrinkage is the least and the density is the largest. The rate of shrinkage can be effectively decreased by covering the Al2O3 fine powder on ceramic in sintering processing.
