In the present work, the Ce0.8Sm0.2O1.9powder was synthesized by a coprecipitation method. NiO-SDC anode slurry with a mass ratio41:50of SDC electrolyte and NiO powders were prepared by ball-milling in1wt%dispersant and distilled water for24hours. After4.75wt%binder and4.75wt%plasticizer were added into the slurry, the slurry was mixed continuously by ball-milling for12hours. A SDC slurry was prepared by using same methode. At the first, the NiO-SDC slurry was casted on glass plate to form a anode support layer by a tape casting technique. After dring at room temperature in air for24Hour, the SDC electrolyte layer was casted on the anode support layer by using the SDC slurry to form a bilayer slab of SDC electrolyte and NiO-SDC anode support. The green tapes were co-fired at1300℃~1400℃for24hours.The effects of the content of different additives on the slurry’s viscosity, identified specific furnish were investigated in order to optimizing the casting processing. In order to obtain the degrease and sintering schedule of electrolyte and anode support, the bilayer green tape and SDC electrolyte green tape were characterized by a simultaneous thermal analyzer(STA). And microstructures of electrolyte and anode support were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). SDC-Sm0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ was printed on the surface of the electrolyte was printed by silk screen printing method. After sintering at1100℃for4hours, a NiO-SDC/SDC/SDC-Sm0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ single cell was composed. The open current voltages and power density of single cells were measurement by a electrochemical test instrument. The results showed that open current voltage and power density increased with the increase of sintering temperature,. Low power density was observed when the sintering temperature lower than1400℃. The open current voltage and the maximum power density of single cell were0.84V and846mW·cm2respectively at650℃.
