The longer structure of pile is usually used in offshore platforms, as a result, the amount of steel, period of pile driving and costs will increase several times with depth of water, so it is necessary to do some research on a new pile technology for decreasing the investment in offshore engineering. In this paper the concrete pile of compaction forming applying to subsea soil is studied taking the pile of jacket platform in NANHAI sea for example. First the concrete pile is designed and the finite element models of pile-soil, reinforced bars and concrete are established using ANSYS software, then the bearing capacity of which is performed under three different loadings and the results of pile-soil interaction and stress distribution of structures are obtained. Secondly, the compaction forming of concrete in subsea soil is simulated based on true maxmum pump pressure according to SPH algorithm in ANSYS/LS-DYNA software, and the process of compaction with different parameters of soil is also analyzed, at the same time, the problem of termination in calculating bacause of negative volume as the mesh distortion in large deformation of model is solved. Finally, the optimization of concrete pile structure has been carried out on the basis of bearing behavior.
