Based on the analysis of overall design proposal and each function module of the wet gas flow meter, the electric power circuit, reset circuit, data acquisition circuit, LCD circuit , keyboard circuit,switching circuit of electric power source and memory expansion circuit are designed and achieved. Universal Serial Bus (USB) based read-write system has been realized on the Digital Signal Processor (DSP) using the chips of TMS320VC5402, CH375 and CH89C54RD, which are separately the DSP, interface control chip and micro controller unit. The relative I/O operation function and USB firmware function are developed based on the read-write system.Data of the U-disk in the file-level can be read and written in both byte mode and sector mode depending on the under layer function of the read-write system. Data collected can be stored in the U-disk in the file form via the USB interface, which realizes the data mobile storage function.The test results demonstrate that the hot swapping is supported by the U-disk read-write system, and the designed system can recognize and configure the U-disk. It is shown that the system can read and write data of the U-disk in the unit of byte and sector stably and it can also carry out several file operations including file-building, file-deleting, and file-enumerating as well as file-opening, file-reading/writing and file-closing and so on.The U-disk read-write system based on DSP uses the U-disk as a mobile data storage device, and it can be widely used in the embedded systems which need non-periodically interactive data with the computer, which makes it possible to have a good utility value and application prospect.
