| Facing the fast developing economy and the daily-changed background of our society, with the effects of the improvement of the airplane-making industry and the worldwide progress, the customs' number of the air harbor are increasing at a high speed. As a result, we have to develop its ability of centralization and evacuation, that is to say, to realize our goal of rapid centralization and evacuation, we must deploy the traffic source reasonably on the limited land and then coordinate different kinds of traffic means and plan them as a whole. To reach this goal, it's necessary for us to do some research in the structure deployment of the airport outside thoroughfare.This essay is based on the essential theory of airport. It interfaces the conception of the airport's external thoroughfare; comb the outside traffic systems of big international airports, analysis the characters of each kind of the inter traffic style in it. Based on the analysis of the currency of the airports' people and automobiles, we forecast the total currency of the airports' passengers and goods respectively. With the based theory, the model of max-effect theory, we forecast the share responsibility rates of different traffic styles with the Logit model which is based on stratification to analysis the currency of the passengers. Then we build some relevant demand models to transform the currency of passengers and goods to the total traffic currency of the outside traffic system and define the peak hour's traffic currency. With the property of developing the structure deployment of the airports' outside thoroughfare, starting researches from most structure deployments of the airports outside thoroughfare of our country, we analysis some relevant effect points and principles of the deployment, study the current ability's calculating method of the thoroughfare's centralization and evacuation system, build the distributed model of the road-blocking-based external thoroughfare. Then we ensure the saturation rate according to the forecast of the traffic currency to make it easy to analysis the time for us to alter and build the roads. With those steps, we propose the scheme of the stage-parting structure deployment of the airport outside thoroughfare.At last, in the essay, we take the structure deployment of the Shuangliu International Airport in the city of Chengdu as an example and complete a practical analysis. |
