Shop-floor layout design is the main contents of manufacturing system planning and design。Reasonable Shop-floor layout design can fully develop the capacity of production system, it has a great significance for improving the quality of products , the utilization of production equipment and the production flexibility, reducing the amount of logistics handling, improving the operating environment。This paper, relied on the National Natural Science Funds of China (70571060), National Science and Technology Supporting Program of China (2006BAF02A03), based on System layout planning theory, combined with modern computer simulation technology, realized the valve Shop-floor layout design and simulation simply and effectively.For a System layout planning problem in a factory, with the System layout planning method, comprehensively analyzed the relationship between logistics and non-logistics of operating units, got the the integrated location relationship of operating units, proposed a valve Shop-floor layout program with area graphic method . Evaluated and sorted the layout program with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, simulated layout program from plane to three-dimensional with Flexism, obtained the best layout program through the simulation results.
