Water sprinkler system is used to prevent surface of wheels from felting asphalt, its capability and reliability directly impact the quality of road surface and efficiency, and connect with weather the road roller is used for working at the asphalt layer of altitude road. Combined with the practical situation of international and domestic vibratory road-roller, this paper researches the sprinkler system of Vibratory Road-roller and illuminates the advantages and disadvantages of them, the puts forward a sprinkler system with adjustable sprinkling flow rate.The main works are as follows:(1)The paper determines the controlling precision scope of adjustable sprinkling flow rate by introducing the pressing theory and key factors, and the connection between watering and asphalted road surface quality,(2)The general scheme of adjustable sprinkling flow rate determines the research aim, analyzes the key technology, and provides theoretical basis for the design of system with adjustable sprinkling flow rate.(3)From the engineering point of view, the paper studies the technology of adjusting the flow rate and analyzes the theory of a throttle and system step-less adjustment. Based-on this the paper realizes the double closed-loop control of PID controller and researches the key technology of realizing the electro-hydraulic proportional valve project.(4)In this paper, the analyzing of the invalidating cause of water sprinkler system is give and putting forward the resolving. Because invalidation of water sprinkler system is the familiar problem, the paper analyzes the invalidating cause, and puts forward the settlement of improving the system capability from the points of designing, producing and maintaining.
