As an important part of aero-engine repair task,the repair of electromagnetic valves for aviation is related to the safe operation of new aeroengine of Air Force.The repair production line of electromagnetic valves for aviation mainly conducts tests for the flow rate,performance parameters and other aspects of electromagnetic valves.In this way,whether the products are qualified or not can be scientifically determined.At present,there are three main problems in the repair production line of electromagnetic valves for aviation: 1)it is found that the flow data are quite different by using pulse width modulator or multipurpose controller to measure the flow of the same electromagnetic valves for aviation;2)there is a lot of unqualified flow in the flow test,which is very different from the data provided by the manufacturer;3)the qualified products repaired in the electrical accessories repair workshop fail to pass the tests in the main regulation workshop,and the rerepair rate is relatively high.On this basis,the flow regulation and repair technical standards of electromagnetic valves for aviation is researched in this thesis.According to various problems arising from the use of a certain type of aviation solenoid valve,the relevant situation of solenoid valves at home and abroad is first studied.Secondly,the basic structure and working principle of the solenoid valve are given,and the concept,type and characteristics of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve are described to provide a theoretical basis for the maintenance of the solenoid valve.The thesis focuses on analyzing the working principle of the solenoid valve MKT-157-1,establishing a mathematical model of the solenoid valve,and pointing out the flow adjustment methods and techniques.Then,the solenoid valve flow rate of different pulse width modulators is compared and analyzed.The circuit composition,working principle and differences of the pulse width modulator and КРД integrated regulator pulse width modulation circuit developed by 614 are analyzed,and the aviation solenoid valve is pointed out.There are problems including metal chip signal XCL-4 related problems,problems in the production of the hydraulic and electric business department,and the phenomenon of continuous shut-off of the electromagnetic valve RDF-65.Then,the technical standards for aviation solenoid valve flow adjustment and repair were studied,and a set of methods for using a comprehensive regulator as a standard to calibrate the pulse width modulator was designed,which can obtain the instrument measurement data before calibration and calibrate it according to the aviation solenoid valve measurement equipment.Principle,the pulse width modulator is calibrated,and the instrument calibration result is obtained,and the instrument calibration standard of the pulse signal generator is established at the same time.By using the instrument calibrated by the integrated regulator to perform new product inspection,the flow difference of the products measured by different pulse width generators is controlled within ±50ml,which effectively solves the problem of new product storage.Finally,a unified solenoid valve flow standard was established to solve the problem of large repair rates of products in different workshops.This topic research is of great practical significance.Via the research and exploration of fuel flow measurement equipment and repair standards,a set of unified technical standards for flow regulation and repair of electromagnetic valves for aviation is established.The production efficiency is effectively improved by strictly standardizing the production process and technology. |
