Research On The Monitoring System Of Asphalt Mixing Plant

Asphalt mixing plant is a main equipment of the production of the asphalt-concrete, and plays an important role in the construction of road. The quality of the asphalt-concrete made from it has a direct impact on the quality of asphalt pavement. The monitoring and dynamic management of the asphalt mixing plant is very essential. In hardware,the MCU 80C196KC is choosen as the CPU controlling center,siemens MC35I is the GPRS wireless module,designs other circuit such as the power-supply circult.In software,surrounding the mcu controlling system and GPRS module,works out detailed designing of programmer,such as the programmer of the communication in serial interface,the dial missiong of GPRS and PPP connection. The design of monitoring center is about net communication and the database system.The communication of monitoring center and scene terminal adopts Socket technology.The scene terminal connecting GPRS works with the dynamic DNS.The database system is worked out with the software VB6.0 and Mirco SQL 2000.
